The present invention relates to a novel focused ultrasound therapy system which is capable of easily detecting a temperature rise above the threshold near a target tissue. In order to perform focused ultrasound surgery which is non-invasive and promising, the system of the present invention prevents damage on peripheral tissues such as burn, by accurately detecting the temperature rise in real time without focusing on a monitor displaying much information at the same time during a complicated operational process.
