PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and low-cost massager by reducing a number of components in a moving mechanism that allows a massage unit to travel.SOLUTION: The massager includes a massage unit 9 movable along the height direction of a user, and a moving mechanism to allow the massage unit 9 to travel. The moving mechanism includes rack parts 22a on one surface, and rail parts 22b on the other surface. The moving mechanism further includes a guide member 22 extending in the height direction, pinions 65 provided to the massage unit 9 to engage with the rack parts 22a, and guide rollers 66 provided to the massage unit 9 to roll along the rail parts 22b.
