PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new compound having excellent PDE (phosphodiesterase) 10 inhibiting activity a method for preparing such the compound, use of the compound and a pharmaceutical composition including the compound or the like.SOLUTION: There are disclosed a compound expressed by formula [I] or pharmacologically permissible salt thereof. In formula, R1 is H, halogen, lower alkyl or cyano ring A is an optionally substituted heterocyclic group ring B is an optionally substituted 3-6 membered monocyclic group and Y is an optionally substituted amino, optionally substituted cyclic amino, optionally substituted aliphatic 3-6 membered monocyclyloxy, optionally substituted lower alkyl or optionally substituted lower alkyl ether bond.
