PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety by preventing a wheelchair from being moved by the sudden acceleration of a vehicle, etc., even when the lock of reel rotation is forgotten, and also to prevent a wheelchair fixing device from being enlarged to improve safety.SOLUTION: The wheelchair fixing device fixes the wheelchair to the vehicle by pulling out a plurality of detention members 12 with hooks arranged therein from respective reels 30 so as to hook the hooks in the wheelchair, and winding the detention members 12 by the reels 30 in the above state.
