The present invention addresses the problem of inhibiting discoloration of a composition including ellagic acid or a derivative thereof. According to the present invention, ellagic acid, which is a functional substance, or a derivative thereof is encapsulated in a capsule which uses gelatin and a chelating agent, and the capsule is blended in a composition. Accordingly, the present invention provides a composition which has superior usability and in which discoloration of ellagic acid is inhibited.本發明係以抑制含有鞣花酸或其衍生物之組成物的變色為課題。解決手段為使機能性物質的鞣花酸或其衍生物包合於使用明膠與螯合劑的膠囊，並將此膠囊摻混於組成物中。藉此，可提供一種可抑制組成物中之鞣花酸的變色，且使用感良好的組成物。
