Novel imidazolopyridines according to Formula I, able to inhibit JAK are disclosed, wherein R1 and Cy are as disclosed herein. These compounds may be prepared as a pharmaceutical composition, and may be used for the prevention and treatment of a variety of conditions in mammals including humans, including by way of non-limiting example, allergic or inflammatory conditions, autoimmune diseases, proliferative diseases, transplantation rejection, diseases involving impairment of cartilage turnover, congenital cartilage malformations, and/or diseases associated with hypersecretion of IL6 or interferons.La présente invention concerne de nouveaux imidazolopyridines, selon la Formule I, capables d'inhiber le JAK, R1 et Cy étant tels que décrits dans l'invention. Ces composés peuvent être préparés sous la forme d'une composition pharmaceutique, et peuvent être utilisés pour la prévention et le traitement d'une variété de conditions chez les mammifères y compris les êtres humains, comprenant à titre d'exemple non limitatif, des conditions allergiques ou inflammatoires, des maladies auto-immunes, des maladies prolifératives, le rejet de transplantation, des maladies impliquant une déficience de renouvellement du cartilage, des malformations congénitales du cartilage, et/ou des maladies associées à une hypersécrétion de l'IL6 ou des interférons.
