PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal operating device for fixing a bedside table which can turn casters of the bedside table or the like into a locked state and a released state by one operation and can easily fix or release the bedside table.SOLUTION: In a twin-wheel caster operation mechanism which simultaneously turns rotation of several twin-wheel casters arranged on the underside of the bedside table into a released state and a locked state by one operation part, the operation part comprises a handle, a release maintaining mechanism, a release button and an operation part cover. In the terminal operating device for the bedside table, for turning the rotation of the wheels into a released state, the handle is drawn upward and projected, the raised state of the handle is maintained by a locking member of the release maintaining mechanism and the release button is projected upward by the locking member. For turning the rotation of the wheels into a locked state, the release button is pushed downward to release the locking member of the handle, and the handle is pushed downward.
