This invention relates to an antibacterial polymer dressing and a preparation method thereof. The antibacterial polymer dressing comprises an acrylate polymer and zinc oxide nanoparticles. The acrylate polymer is prepared by photopolymerization or thermal polymerization and comprises plural acrylate monomers. Thus, the antibacterial polymer dressing of the present invention is non-irritant and can achieve efficacy of antibacteria and wound protection.本發明係一種具抗菌效果的高分子敷料及其製備方法,具抗菌效果的高分子敷料包含丙烯酸酯聚合物以及奈米氧化鋅,其中丙烯酸酯聚合物係以光聚合法或熱聚合法製得,且包含複數種丙烯酸酯單體;藉此,本案具抗菌功效、無刺痛性的高分子敷料,可達到有效抗菌與傷口保護之目的。
