PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for stable fixing of an implant to a bone using an angle.SOLUTION: The method includes the steps of: making at least one hole in a bone with a bone drill positioning the implant at a desired position of the bone and joining the implant to the bone so that the implant does not rotate at the mounted position. Furthermore, the system includes a bone drill 40, an implant 20, and a sonotrode 50 for stable fixing of the implant to the bone 10 using an angle. The system further includes a joint element 60 which joints the implant to the bone.
