The present invention relates to a cancer-targeted small interfering RNA (siRNA) conjugate having the enhanced ability of intracellular delivery, and to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer, comprising the conjugate. The excellent effects in enhancing the ability of intracellular delivery and effects in inhibiting the expression of a target gene by using the cancer-targeted siRNA conjugate. The target treatment can be performed by fundamentally approaching the prevention or the treatment of cancer. The siRNA conjugate having the enhanced ability of intracellular delivery comprises targeted peptide and siRNA, wherein the targeted peptide and the siRNA are conjugated by a disulfide bond.본 발명은 세포내 전달능이 증진된 암표적 siRNA 접합체 (small interfeing RNA conjugates), 및 상기 접합체를 포함하는, 암 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 암표적 siRNA 접합체를 이용하여, 우수한 세포내 전달능 증진효과 및 표적 유전자 발현 억제효과를 확인하였는바, 암의 예방 또는 치료에 있어서, 보다 근본적으로 접근하여 타겟치료를 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
