A preparation method of chitosan fiber matrix is disclosed. Low concentration of weak acid and weak base are used to respectively prepare spinning solution and coagulating solution of chitosan fibers. The chitosan fibers with diameters below 10 μm are formed in the coagulating solution by rapid stirring.
