PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chafing dish that includes a sterilizer having a structure suitable for a chafing dish.SOLUTION: An ultraviolet irradiation unit 26 is detachably attached in an upper opening 252 of an upper ultraviolet ray reflection container 25. Draw latch bodies 41, 41 of draw latches 4, 4 are fixed at both ends in the longitudinal direction of a top plate 262, respectively. Also, selvages 42, 42 of the draw latches 4, 4 are fixed at both ends of the upper opening 252 of the upper ultraviolet ray reflection container 25, respectively. Consequently, the ultraviolet irradiation unit 26 can be separated from the upper ultraviolet ray reflection container 25, and the ultraviolet irradiation unit 26 and the upper ultraviolet ray reflection container 25 can be washed in water individually, and therefore the washing in water is possible to a complicated detail and a sanitation state can be maintained satisfactorily.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】チェーフィングディッシュに適した構造を有する殺菌装置を備えたチェーフィングディッシュを提供することにある。【解決手段】上部紫外線反射容器25の上部開口部252には、紫外線照射ユニット26が着脱可能に取り付けられる。上板262の長手方向の両端には、パッチン錠4、4のパッチン錠本体41、41が各々固定されている。また、上部紫外線反射容器25の上部開口部252の両端には、パッチン錠4、4の受け金42、42が各々固定されている。従って、紫外線照射ユニット26を上部紫外線反射容器25から分離して、紫外線照射ユニット26と上部紫外線反射容器25を個別に水洗いできるため、入り組んだ細部まで水洗いが可能で、衛生状態を良好に維持することが可能となる。【選択図】図1
