PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eyelid neoplastic tumorous lesion discrimination device and an eyelid neoplastic tumorous lesion discrimination program in which an eyelid neoplastic tumorous lesion can be precisely discriminated without depending on subjective determination or experience.SOLUTION: An eyelid neoplastic tumorous lesion discrimination device comprises: L value measuring means 2 for measuring the L value being a mean value of brightness of the eyelid neoplastic tumorous lesion from an image of an eyelid including an eyelid neoplastic tumorous lesion of a predetermined illness period or more imaged through an infrared permeability filter M value measuring means 3 for measuring the M value being the brightness of a normal regional Meibomian gland from the image G value measuring means 4 for measuring the G-value being the brightness of a normal regional Meibomian gland gap from the image MGI calculation means 5 for calculating MGI=(L-G)/(M-G)×100 from the L value, the M value and the G value and discrimination means 6 for discriminating to be sebaceous carcinoma about the case when the MGI exceeds a predetermined threshold value, or to be chalazion about the case when the MGI is the predetermined threshold value or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】主観的な判断や経験等によらず正確な眼瞼腫瘍性腫瘤性病変の鑑別を行うことが可能な眼瞼腫瘍性腫瘤性病変鑑別装置および眼瞼腫瘍性腫瘤性病変鑑別プログラムの提供。【解決手段】赤外線透過フィルターを介して撮像した所定の病悩期間以上の眼瞼腫瘍性腫瘤性病変部を含む眼瞼の画像から眼瞼腫瘍性腫瘤性病変部の輝度の平均値であるL値を測定するL値測定手段2と、画像から正常な領域のマイボーム腺の輝度であるM値を測定するM値測定手段3と、画像から正常な領域のマイボーム腺間隙の輝度であるG値を測定するG値測定手段4と、L値、M値およびG値から、MGI=(L-G)/(M-G)×100を算出するMGI算出手段5と、MGIが所定のしきい値を超えるものについて脂腺癌である、または、MGIが所定のしきい値以下のものについて霰粒腫であると鑑別する鑑別手段6とを含む。【選択図】図1
