The present invention relates to a knit (1) openwork prosthetic made of a single piece based on at least a first biocompatible polymeric material wire defining a first (2) and a second opposite faces and a second biocompatible wire generating pins (5) protruding outside at least said first face, characterized in that said first face comprises at least one longitudinal strip (4) in the direction of manufacture of said knit, on which it is provided with said pins (5), and at least one longitudinal strip (3) in the direction of manufacture of said knit, on which it is devoid of such pins.
