PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sanitarily maintain an installation surface for installing a device for washing and sterilization and the device itself.SOLUTION: The washing device comprises a washing part 6, a disinfection part 1, a rinsing part 2, and an installation surface 4 for installing the washing part 6, the disinfection part 1, and the rinsing part 2. The installation surface 4 is constituted of a photocatalyst material manufactured by (1) a process of forming titanium nitride on a surface of a titanium material by heating treatment under an ammonia atmosphere or under a nitrogen gas atmosphere being 750°C or more in the heating temperature, (2) a process of forming an oxide film of titanium by executing anodic oxidation on the titanium material of forming the titanium nitride on the surface provided by the process (1) by impressing voltage of 10V or more in an electrolyte having no etching action to the titanium, and (3) a process of executing heating treatment on the titanium material of forming the oxide film of the titanium on the surface provided by the process (2) at the temperature of 400°C or more under an atmosphere selected from an atmospheric atmosphere, an atmosphere of mixing oxygen gas and nitrogen gas, or an oxygen gas atmosphere.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】洗浄、除菌のための装置を設置した設置面や装置自体を衛生的に維持する。【解決手段】洗浄装置は、洗浄部6と、消毒部1と、すすぎ部2と、洗浄部6、消毒部1及びすすぎ部2が設置される設置面4とを備える。設置面4は、(1)加熱温度が750℃以上であるアンモニア雰囲気下又は窒素ガス雰囲気下での加熱処理により、チタン材料の表面にチタン窒化物を形成する工程、(2)工程(1)で得られた表面にチタン窒化物が形成されたチタン材料を、チタンに対してエッチング作用を有しない電解液中で10V以上の電圧を印加することにより陽極酸化を行い、チタンの酸化皮膜を形成する工程、及び(3)工程(2)で得られた表面にチタンの酸化皮膜が形成されたチタン材料を、大気雰囲気下、酸素ガスと窒素ガスとを混合させた雰囲気又は酸素ガス雰囲気から選択された雰囲気下で、400℃以上の温度で加熱処理を行う工程、にて作製される光触媒材料により構成される。【選択図】図1
