The present invention relates to a transcutaneous nerve stimulation system with wireless remote control function and a wireless control method thereof, in which a mobile device with a dedicated application program is connected to a transcutaneous nerve stimulation device through wireless transmission technology. The transcutaneous nerve stimulation device has a set of far-infrared electrode sheets which are electrically conductive and thermally conductive. A user can hold the mobile device and attach the far-infrared electrode sheets of the transcutaneous nerve stimulation device to skin of the user. The user inputs a command through the dedicated application program of the mobile device and then the mobile device sends out a control signal.
