PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide food compositions which can be used to treat or prevent disorders linked to a low hippocampal BDNF expression, such as anxiety, anxiety related disorders or neurodegenerative disorders.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a food composition, a pet food composition, a dietary supplement, a drink, and/or a medical composition containing Bifidobacterium longum ATCC BAA-999. The composition additionally contains at least one other kind of other food grade microbes, and further contains at least one prebiotic.
