PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sanitary shorts providing no uncomfortable feeling when wearing by always securely holding a napkin inserted into the inside of a crotch part in a fixed position regardless of the movement of a body.
SOLUTION: A shorts body A is constituted by sewing a shorts body cloth, one body facing side face and a shorts body cloth facing side face facing away from the skin are formed to be a water absorbing face and a water repellent face respectively in the crotch part B of a body which is the shorts body A, a filler cloth 2 having air permeability is applied to the crotch part, and the shorts body A is integrally constituted.
