PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mask, comprising ear hanging parts formed of a sheet, in which effective length of the ear hanging parts can be elongated to adjust to a user while securing a degree of freedom of material choices of sheets for forming the ear hanging parts.SOLUTION: The mask 1 is provided with a mask main body 2 to partly or wholly cover the face when worn, and a pair of the hear hanging parts 3 provided on both side parts of the mask main body 2 to hang on the ears when worn. The ear hanging part 3 is formed of a base material sheet 31, a first opening part 4 close to the mask main body 2, and second opening parts 5 on the outer side of the first opening part 4. The first opening part 4 and the second opening part 5 are parted from each other by an intervening range 32 in the base material sheet 31 in such a way that they can be connected to each other by rupturing the intervening range 32.
