By applying herbal ingredients which can reduce contents of saccharides, fats, and the like and is effective for preventing female diseases, dementia, and enhancing blood circulation, to chocolate, the repulsion to the herbal ingredients can be reduced.본 발명은 한방 성분을 포함하는 초콜릿 및 그의 제조 방법을 개시한다. 즉, 본 발명은 카카오를 중탕 방식으로 녹인 후, 상기 녹인 카카오에 사물차정, 한약재 분말, 유화제, 버터 등을 혼합한 후 교반하여 혼합물을 준비하고, 상기 준비된 혼합물을 성형틀에 투입한 후 성형하여 성형물을 준비하고, 상기 준비된 성형물을 냉각하여 초콜릿을 제조함으로써, 당류, 지방 등의 함량을 줄이며, 여성 질환, 치매 예방, 혈행 개선 등에 효과가 있는 한약재를 초콜릿에 접목하여 한약재에 대한 거부감을 줄일 수 있다.
