PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation photographing apparatus that even when a shape of an emphasis object in a subject changes with heart beat, is capable of generating an emphasis picture in which the emphasis object is clearly emphasized while mitigating a processing load for weighting.SOLUTION: An X-ray photographing apparatus (radiation photographing apparatus) comprises a picture processing unit for generating, in real time, an emphasis picture M obtained by synthesizing a plurality of X-ray pictures P (radiation pictures) continuing in time series and emphasizing a stent 201(emphasis object) in the X-ray pictures P.
