PURPOSE: To provide a medicament distribution system capable of automatically creating "a medicament calendar" by which a patient can easily manage medication of medicaments for each dose, and a medication management case being usable while excluding defectives and the like by the medicament distribution system.CONSTITUTION: The medicament distribution system includes: a medicament storage part for storing a plurality of tablet sheets a medication management case including respective compartments each of which can store a single dose of a patient take-out means for sequentially taking out medicaments corresponding to the single dose of the patient from the medicament storage part and move means for sequentially moving the respective single doses sequentially taken out by the take-out means, to the respective compartments in the medication management case.
