PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bowel sound measuring apparatus and a bowel sound measuring method capable of grasping the change of bowel movement influenced by stress or the like.SOLUTION: Bowel sound measuring means 10 for measuring a subjects bowel sound and analysis means 20 for performing spectrum analysis of the sound signals measured by the bowel sound measuring means 10 are included. The analysis means 20 includes: a function to extract bowel peristaltic movement sound from the sound signals measured by the bowel sound measuring means 10 and a function to execute the spectrum analysis of the extracted bowel peristaltic movement sound. Since the bowel peristaltic movement sound is extracted from the sound measured by the bowel sound measuring means 10 and the spectrum analysis is executed, the condition of the bowel peristaltic movement can be grasped if the energy of the extracted bowel peristaltic movement sound is calculated. Therefore, the bowel condition and the change of it can be understood according to the bowel peristaltic movement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】ストレスなどの影響による腸の運動の変化を把握できる腸音測定装置および腸音の測定方法を提供する。【解決手段】被験者の腸音を測定する腸音測定手段10と、腸音測定手段10によって測定された音の信号をスペクトル解析する解析手段20と、を備えており、解析手段20は、腸音測定手段10によって測定された音の信号から腸蠕動音を抽出する機能と、抽出された腸蠕動音をスペクトル解析する機能と、を備えている。腸音測定手段10によって測定された音から腸蠕動音を抽出してスペクトル解析するので、抽出された腸蠕動音のエネルギーを求めれば、腸の蠕動運動の状況を把握できる。したがって、腸の蠕動運動に基づいて、腸の状態やその変化を把握することができる。【選択図】図1
