A disposable orthopaedic wrist splint preferably made of cellulous fibres particularly moulded pulp of a unitary body comprising a palm support section having a downwardly projected front edge, a reduced neck rearwardly extending thereon, terminating to an enlarged arm support portion having a convex central portion and, said neck and said enlarged arm support portion each of which being arcuated upwardly along their longitudinal edges defining a pair of opposed side flanges to partially encompass the wrist and arm of a user, a plurality of adjustable straps are being provided on said palm support section and said arm support section through a plurality of spaced pairs of elongated slots provided near their edges at a predetermined location to removably attach firmly and comfortably said splint to the users limb thereby immobilizing the injured or newly reconstructed hand to hasten healing thereof.
