A contact lens insertion and removal device having an elongated member cup shaped component or adjacent to a first end of the member and a resilient tip at or adjacent to a second end of said member. The resilient tip is employable by a user for contact lens insertion into their eye, while the cup shaped component may be employed for removal of a contact adhered to the eye.
