Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Stentgraft (10), sowie ein Einführsystem für den erfindungsgemäßen Stentgraft (10). Der Stentgraft (10) weist einen Stentgraftabschnitt (12) mit einem selbstexpandierenden Stent mit umlaufenden Stützen (15) und einem an den Ringen (14) befestigten ersten Prothesenmaterial (17) auf. Der Stentgraftabschnitt (12) weist an zumindest einem seiner Ringe (14) jeweils zwei über einen gemeinsamen Fixierbereich (22) angebrachte schlaufenförmige Fixierelemente (20, 21) auf, die derart an den Stützen (15) der Ringe (14) angebracht sind, dass durch deren entgegen gesetztes Führen um den hohlzylindrischen Körper (11) herum dieser komprimierbar ist.
