The implant has abutment surfaces which are oriented relative to each other and are abutted to each other, when the implant is in a connected state. The surfaces limit an approach distance between the proximal and distal implant part surfaces which are oriented to each other. A sealing body (30) is partially made of plastic material, and is arranged between the implant part surfaces. The abutment surfaces define the minimum distance between the part surfaces, and the minimum distance is bridged by the sealing body.
