The present invention relates to a cosmetic hair composition. The cosmetic hair composition includes: (A) a fermented Dendropanax morbiferus extract； (B) a herbal ingredient extract obtained by mixing any one or more extracts of ingredients selected from Castanea crenata peels, green tea, pine leaves, and ginko leaves； and (C) a cosmetic hair composition base including 0.01 to 10 wt% of the fermented Dendropanax morbiferus extract and herbal ingredient extract while taking 90 wt% or more of the remaining part of the total weight of the composition. The herbal ingredient extract is obtained by mixing any one or more extracts of ingredients selected from Castanea crenata peels, green tea, pine leaves, and ginko leaves. According to the present invention, the cosmetic hair composition is prepared with the fermented Dendropanax morbiferus extract and the herbal ingredient extract to stabilize the sensitive, irritated, and reactive scalp through active ingredients from the herbal ingredients and the fermented Dendropanax morbiferus extract as well as effectively alleviating the itchiness, fever, and inflammation of the scalp to keep the scalp healthy. The cosmetic hair composition can also be utilized in hair tonic, hair nutrition lotion, hair essence, hair serum, scalp treatment, hair treatment, hair conditioner, hair shampoo, and hair lotion products.본 발명은 모발용 화장료 조성물에 관련되며, 그 조성물에 있어서 (A) 황칠나무 발효추출물, (B) 율피, 녹차, 솔잎, 은행잎 추출물 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 추출물을 혼합한 한방재료 추출물, (C) 상기 황칠나무 발효추출물과 한방재료 추출물을 0.01~10 중량%를 함유하고, 잔량으로 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 90 중량%의 함량으로 함유되는 모발용 화장료 베이스；를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이때, 상기 한방재료 추출물은 율피, 녹차, 솔잎, 은행잎 추출물 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 추출물을 혼합한 것을 특징으로 한다.이에 따라 본 발명은, 황칠나무 발효추출물과 한방재료를 이용하여 모발용 화장료 조성물을 형성함에 따라, 황칠나무 발효추출물과 한방재료의 유효성분을 통하여 민감성, 자극성 및 반응성 두피를 안정화시키고, 두피의 가려움, 열감, 염증을 효과적으로 개선시켜 두피를 건강하게 유지할 수 있고, 헤어토닉, 모발 영양화장수, 헤어에센스, 헤어세럼, 두피트리트먼트, 헤어트리트먼트, 헤어컨디셔너, 헤어샴푸 및 헤어로션 등에 활용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
