PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drinking straw and an industrial vacuum nozzle in which tip structures are formed in a recessed/projected shape, circular, wavy shape, etc., in accordance with use, for the purpose of having a function of sucking an object like juice to the last drop by making one or more notches in the tip of a suction port, and for the purpose of reducing unpleasant odd sound in sucking out and of solving a problem that a suction port is adsorbed to an object.SOLUTION: In the tip structure of the suction part of a straw and the like, notches in a recessed/projected shape, circular, wavy shape, etc., are made in one or more places, sucking air from an opening together with water or the like as a sucking object, and making suction possible without leaving a sucking object on the bottom or the like. Further, generation of odd sound and damage to a container, etc., can be greatly reduced at the bottom or the like of a drinking container. Having one or more openings serves as a suction port and at the same time becomes a vent hole, making air pressure constant, and providing a structure with a function of easy separation of the adsorbed tip end of the suction port.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】吸引口の先端部に1箇所以上の切り込みを入れることにより、ジュース等の被対象物を最後まで吸い取る事が可能な機能と、吸い出す際の不快な異音の減少、吸引口が被対象物に吸着する問題点を解決するため、先端構造に凹凸形状、又は円形状、波型形状等を用途に応じて形状加工した飲料用ストローおよび産業用バキュームノズルを提供する。【解決手段】ストロー等の吸引部分の先端構造には、凹凸形状、又は円形状、波型形状等に切り込みを1箇所以上入れ、吸引対象となる水分等と共に隙間から空気も吸い上げ、底面等に吸引被対象物が残留することなく吸引が可能となる。更に、飲料用容器の底面等に対して、異音発生も容器等を毀損させることも極めて減少される。又、1箇所以上の隙間を有することで吸引口の役目をすると同時に通気口となり、空気圧が一定であると同時に、吸着していた吸引口の先端が容易に剥離する機能を備えた構造となる。【選択図】図3
