Disclosed is a device for monitoring cardiac arrhythmia, including a water-proof case, a water-proof tape, at least two electrodes, a battery set, and an electrical circuit system. The water-proof case is attached to the water-proof tape to form a water-proof space. The battery set and the electrical circuit system are accommodated in the water-proof space. Each electrode is connected to the electrical circuit system, and outwards extends from the water-proof space to form a sensing end. The electrodes further penetrate the water-proof tape such that the water-proof tape and the sensing ends contact an animal skin. The water-proof tape provides adhesion, and the sensing ends are configured to sense electrical signal on the animal skin. The electrical signal is processed by the electrical circuit system, and the corresponding cardiac information is acquired and recorded.
