The present invention discloses an air purification device which monitors a cattle shed in real time, purifies the air inside the cattle shed as a double structure, and manages the finally purified air to reuse in the cattle shed, and a system and a method for managing a cattle shed including the same. The air purification device of the present invention comprises: a first purification device connected to one end of the cattle shed, and spraying water to the air discharged from the cattle shed to primarily purify odor particles and dusts contained in the air； and a second purification device connected to the other end of the cattle shed and the first purification device, secondarily purifying the odor particles remaining in the primarily purified air by using a photocatalytic filter and ultraviolet ray to the air discharged from the first purification device, and resupplying at least a part of the secondarily purified air to the cattle shed.본 발명은 공기정화장치, 이를 포함하는 축사 관리 시스템 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 공기정화장치는 축사의 일단과 연결되고, 축사로부터 배출된 공기에 물을 분사하여 공기 중에 포함된 악취 입자 및 먼지를 제1 정화하는 제1 정화장치 및 축사의 타단 및 제1 정화장치와 연결되고, 제1 정화장치로부터 배출된 공기에 광촉매필터 및 자외선을 이용하여 제1 정화된 공기에 남은 악취 입자를 제2 정화하며, 제2 정화된 공기 중 적어도 일부를 축사로 재공급하는 제2 정화장치를 포함한다.
