PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracheal fistula device holder that decreases a risk of slowing skin adhesion in the vicinity of a tracheal fistula in a person having a recessed fistula.SOLUTION: A tracheal fistula device holder 100 is provided for holding a tracheal fistula device being overlapped on a tracheal fistula of a person. The tracheal fistula device holder includes: a rigid plate to be installed on the tracheal fistula in the proximal side of the rigid plate 101, the rigid plate that is provided with a through-hole 102； and a tubular tracheal fistula device fixture 103 arranged in the circumference of the through-hole, the tubular tracheal fistula device fixture that extends distally from the distal side of the plate. The plate is made from a thermoplastic material having a melting point/softening point capable of molding according to a local anatomical shape of the person by close contact between the plate and a human skin. A method for applying such tracheal fistula device holder is also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】くぼんだ瘻孔を有するヒトにおいても、気管瘻孔の近くで皮膚接着が緩くなる危険性を減少させる気管瘻孔装置ホルダを提供する。【解決手段】ヒトの気管瘻孔に重ね合わせられる気管瘻孔装置を保持するための気管瘻孔装置ホルダ１００は、剛性プレート１０１の近位側で気管瘻孔上に取り付けるための剛性プレートであって、貫通孔１０２が設けられている、剛性プレートと、貫通孔の円周に配置される、管状の気管瘻孔装置取付具１０３であって、プレートの遠位側から遠位に延びる、管状の気管瘻孔装置取付具とを備える。プレートは、プレートとヒトの皮膚との密接な接触により、ヒトの局所の解剖学的形状に応じて成形を可能にする融点／軟化点を有する、熱可塑性材料から製造される。このような気管瘻孔装置ホルダを適合する方法も提供される。【選択図】図１
