PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel application for improving the utility of sweet potato polyphenol extract.SOLUTION: The invention provides a hair restoration method for generating or increasing the human hair by making a person drink the drug containing as an active ingredient polyphenol extracted from sweet potato foliage, or applying it to the head.
