The present invention relates to a feed additive for promoting the growth of chicken, a feed composition using the same and a breeding method thereof using the same and, more specifically, a feed additive for promoting the growth of the chicken, including the product made from byproduct of skin on the chicken treated with protease wherein the byproduct of the skin on the chicken is made from a butchery process, thereby hardly affecting health state of the chicken and increasing the growth rate while reducing feed conversion rate, a feed composition using the same and a breeding method thereof using the same.본 발명은 육계의 성장촉진용 사료첨가제, 이를 이용한 사료 조성물 및 사육 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 가축의 도축 과정에서 발생되는 가축 피부 부산물을 단백질 분해효소로 처리하여 얻은 가축 피부 부산물의 효소 분해물을 포함하여 육계의 건강상태에 영향을 미치지 않으면서 육계의 성장율은 증가시킬 수 있고 사료요구율은 감소시킬 수 있는 육계의 성장촉진용 사료첨가제, 이를 이용한 사료 조성물 및 사육 방법에 관한 것이다.
