The present invention relates to a method for producing antioxidants from residues formed while producing bioethanol from lignocellulosic biomass. According to the present invention, the method for producing antioxidants from lignocellulosic biomass involves a step of extracting pervaporation residues produced as byproducts in the bioethanol production using ethyl acetate instead of discarding the pervaporation residues, and then easily isolating antioxidants from solvent-phase fractions.
