The breather valve comprises: an inspiration valve cover (1) and an expiration valve cover (9) which are snap-fitted to each other; a diaphragm (5) provided between the inspiration valve cover (1) and the expiration valve cover (9) to form an inspiration valve cavity and an expiration valve cavity; an inspiration one-way valve (3) provided in the inspiration valve cavity; an inspiration one-way valve base (4) provided behind the inspiration one-way valve (3); an expiration one-way valve plate (7) provided between an expiration pipe joint (14) and the expiration valve cavity for preventing repeated inhalation; an expiration valve opening (6) provided in the expiration valve cavity, wherein when the pressure of the expiration valve cavity is less than that of the inspiration valve cavity, the diaphragm (5) moves to the expiration valve opening (6) so as to close same; and an expiration one-way valve base (8) for supporting the expiration one-way valve plate (7).
