PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trace element-formulated transfusion preparation having a simple structure, heat stability at a high temperature, and excellent long-term preservation stability, and to be administered to a patient causing supernumerariness of iron or having risk of the onset thereof because of the increase of an iron stock in the body.SOLUTION: The trace element-formulated transfusion preparation is obtained by storing a sugar solution in a first chamber of a container for the transfusion, having a plurality of chambers partitioned so as to be communicated, storing an amino acid solution in a second chamber, allowing one or both of the sugar solution in the first chamber and the amino acid solution in the second chamber to contain zinc, allowing the solution containing the zinc in the sugar solution and the amino acid solution to contain manganese and/or copper, and allowing the solution free from all of the zinc, the manganese and the copper to contain iodine in the sugar solution and the amino acid solution, or allowing a solution in the third chamber to contain the iodine, and all solutions in the plurality of the chambers are regulated so as to be free from the iron.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】 構造が簡単で、高温での加熱安定性、長期保存安定性に優れる、体内での鉄貯蔵量が増加していて鉄過剰症を発症しているか発症する恐れのある患者に投与するための微量元素を配合した輸液製剤の提供。【解決手段】 連通可能に仕切られた複数の室を有する輸液用容器の第1室に糖溶液を収容し、第2室にアミノ酸溶液を収容し、第1室中の糖溶液及び第2室中のアミノ酸溶液の一方又は両方が亜鉛を含有し、前記糖溶液及びアミノ酸溶液のうちの亜鉛を含有する溶液がマンガン及び/又は銅を含有し、前記糖溶液及びアミノ酸溶液のうちの亜鉛、マンガン及び銅のいずれも含有しない溶液がヨウ素を含有するか、或いは第3室中の溶液にヨウ素を含有させ、且つ複数の室の溶液のいずれもが鉄を含有していない輸液製剤。【選択図】 なし
