Users that own wearable device without assistance of another person.一種鎖骨固定背心，包括有一外層透氣棉布、一網狀透氣布、一內層機構泡綿布、一組細鋼索線及一調整鈕所組成，該外層透氣棉布有一安插為一細鋼索線之調整鈕，設置於一背心外層，將背心內部隔成一用以容納細鋼索線之空間，該一網狀透氣布於最外層增加透氣性及美觀，該一細鋼索線於背心內層交叉環繞兩片泡綿布，並於外層調整鈕終止，該調整鈕可藉由旋轉功能將細鋼索線收緊，將肩部往後往下拉之定量的固定強度，維持一定的壓力達到穩定的鬆緊度，造成斷裂的鎖骨能夠拉開維持一個空間，在使用該裝置期間維持適當的固定，提供斷裂的鎖骨能夠自行癒合，使用者可自行穿戴該裝置，無須他人協助。
