An intra oral sensor according to the present invention provides a fixing pin on an upper surface of an upper housing, fixes the upper housing to a mold when manufacturing a cable housing, and injects and hardens polymer materials composing the cable housing such as silicon into the upper housing, thereby satisfying a rigid connection and a waterproofing property of the upper housing and the cable housing without a connection means such as an adhesive. Also, a substrate of an internal sensor module is provided with a metal, the intra oral sensor has lower production costs than the intra oral sensor using the substrate made of conventional silicon or polymer resin, thereby providing the intra oral sensor having a simple process and excellent weatherproof.본 발명에 따른 인트라 오랄 센서는 상부하우징의 상면에 고정핀을 구비하고, 케이블하우징 제조 시 주형에 상부하우징을 고정한 후, 케이블하우징을 구성하는 실리콘 등의 고분자 재료를 주입하고 경화함으로써 접착제 등의 결합수단 없이 상부하우징과 케이블하우징의 견고한 결합 및 방수성을 만족할 수 있다.또한 내부 센서모듈의 기판을 금속으로 구비하여 기존의 실리콘이나 고분자 수지를 재료로 한 기판을 사용한 인트라 오랄 센서 대비 더 저렴한 생산비용을 가지며, 공정이 간단하고 내후성이 우수한 인트라 오랄 센서를 제공할 수 있다.
