Disclosed are spongy structures with interconnected pores consisting of fibroin from Bombyx mori and polyethylene glycol with a molecular weight of less than 1500, in the fibroin/polyethylene glycol ratio of between 99:1 and 90:10 parts, obtained by regenerating fibroin, mixing with polyethylene glycols, freeze-drying in aqueous solution in the absence of organic solvents, and sterilising under saturated steam.La présente invention concerne des structures spongieuses qui comprennent des pores interconnectés se composant de fibroïne provenant de Bombyx mori et un polyéthylène glycol de poids moléculaire inférieur à 1500, selon un rapport fibroïne/polyéthylène glycol compris entre 99:1 et 90:10 parties, obtenues par régénération de la fibroïne, mélange avec les polyéthylène glycols, lyophilisation dans une solution aqueuse en labsence de solvants organiques et stérilisation à la vapeur saturée.
