The present invention relates to a health functional food for preventing and ameliorating eye fatigue, comprising luteolin-7-o-diglucuronide and apigenin-7-o-diglucuronide compounds isolated from an extract of Perilla frutescens Britton var. leaves. It is determined that active ingredients of a freeze-dried material and a spray-dried material of Perilla frutescens Britton var. leaves of the present invention contain the equal amounts of luteolin-7-O-diglucuronide and apigenin-7-O-diglucuronide compounds. Contents of NO and cGMP related to eye relaxation are increased and a content of [Ca^2+] i-ions is decreased in ciliary muscle cells (rCSMCs) isolated from rat eyes. In addition, through animal testing, a content of cGMP is increased. These compounds increase the content of cGMP in ciliary muscle cells isolated from rat eyes, thereby being usable in a composition for a health functional food for preventing and ameliorating eye fatigue.차즈기 추출물에 함유되어 있는 luteolin-7-O-diglucuronide, apigenin-7-O-diglucuronide 화합물의 눈피로 예방 및 개선을 나타내는 건강기능식품물에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 차즈기잎 동결건조물 및 분무건조물의 유효성분은 luteolin-7-O-diglucuronide, apigenin-7-O-diglucuronide 화합물이 동등하게 함유되어 있는것 을 확인하였다. 랫트 눈으로부터 분리한 모양근체 세포 (rCSMCs)에서 눈의 이완과 관련 있는 NO, cGMP 함량을 증가시켰으며, [Ca2+]i이온을 함량을 감소시켰다. 또한 동물실험을 통해 cGMP 함량을 증가시켰다. 이들 화합물들은 랫트 눈으로부터 분리한 모양근체 세포에서 cGMP 함량을 증가시켜 눈의 피로 예방 및 개선에 유용한 건강기능식품 조성물에 이용될 수 있다.
