The present invention relates to: N-glycan derived from Bombus ignitus honeycomb skin having a sugar chain structure of (Hex)3(HexNAc)2(dHex) (m/z1079.4), and a fraction containing the same N-glycan derived from Bombus ignitus honeycomb skin of (Hex)6, (Hex)7, (Hex)10, (Hex)11, (Hex)12, and N-glycan derived from Bombus terrestris worker bees of (Hex)3(HexNAc)2(dHex)1(m/z1080.4) and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating hemadostenosis, wherein the pharmaceutical composition contains the N-glycan or the fraction thereof as an active ingredient. The N-glycan derived from honeycomb skin including Bombus ignitus larvae and pupae or from Bombus terrestris worker bees, and the fraction thereof are known to be biologically active, thereby being able to be used as ingredients for medicines, cosmetics, and functional foods and thus being worth as pharmaceutical and functional molecules.
