PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an intelligible examination explanation without forcing extra burdens on both a physician and a patient.SOLUTION: A schema is displayed on a display screen 56 of a medical image display device in addition to a moving image and a still image recorded in an endoscope apparatus. The moving image and the still image are given recording position information of the still image in the moving image when photographed by the endoscope apparatus, and based on this information, the corresponding still image is accessed when reaching the recording position during the reproduction of the moving image. Further, identification information indicating a photographed part of the still image is recorded in a photographing time of the endoscope apparatus, and the medical image display device gives link information so that a specific position in the schema is associated with the still image based on the identification information. Consequently, when the specific position of the schema is pointed, the still image corresponding to the point is accessed.
