PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bedrock bathing pair mat (including a herb mat) which is comfortable and in which the herb mat is hard to be torn when wetted with sweat.SOLUTION: The bedrock bathing pair mat (2, 3) includes a protective mat 3 to spread on a bedrock bathing floor 4, and a Japanese paper sheet 2 to spread on the protective mat 3, wherein the protective mat 3 is elastic and prepared with many piercing holes formed across the thickness the Japanese paper sheet 2 contains the pieces of cut herbs the many piercing holes formed in the protective mat 3 have preferably each a diameter of 15-25 mm. There is also provided a bedrock bathing facilities 11 which includes: the bathing room having an inner space of 15 m3 or less the bedrock bathing floor 4 set inside the bathing room the protective mat 3 to spread on the bedrock bathing floor 4 and prepared with the many piercing holes formed and the Japanese paper sheet 2 to spread on the protective mat 3 and containing the pieces of cut herbs.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】寝心地がよく、また、汗をかいた場合であっても薬草マットが破れにくい、岩盤浴に用いるペアマット(薬草マットを含む)などを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】岩盤浴用床4の上に敷かれる、厚み方向に多数の貫通孔が形成された弾力性のある保護マット3と、この保護マット3の上に敷かれる、薬草の破断片を含んだ和紙シート2と、からなる、岩盤浴用のペアマット(2,3)とした。このとき、保護マット3に形成された多数の貫通孔の直径が、各々15~25mmであることが好ましい。また、上記課題は、内容積が15m3以下の浴室と、この浴室の内部に設置された岩盤浴用床4と、この岩盤浴用床4の上に敷かれる、多数の貫通孔が形成された保護マット3と、この保護マット3の上に敷かれる、薬草の破断片を含んだ和紙シート2と、を備えた、岩盤浴施設11によっても解決される。【選択図】図4
