A skin treatment apparatus of the present invention comprises: a case comprising a first window and a second window wherein a first window, which is inclined at a first inclination angle (&thgr；1), is installed on a front surface, and a second window, which is inclined at a second inclination angle (&thgr；2), is installed on an upper surface； a main board provided inside of the case； a first substrate disposed on the inner surface of the first window and irradiating light to the front of the case； LED lamps combined with a red LED, a yellow LED, and a blue LED arranged spacing apart at regular intervals in the lengthwise and widthwise directions on the first substrate； a first LED module having infrared LEDs arranged between LED lamps； a second substrate disposed on the inner surface of the second window and irradiating light to the upper portion of the case； and a second LED module having a plurality of ultraviolet LEDs arranged on the second substrate.
