PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dose-accurate fertilizer application apparatus for agriculture having an inspection and measurement function. A support rod rotatably connected to the base by a base and a rotation shaft, an inspection/measuring mechanism and a mixing mechanism are installed in the support rod, and a scatter is provided outside the support rod. A mechanism is installed, the spraying mechanism includes a fixed rod fixedly installed on one end surface of the support rod, the device inspects and measures weather, and on a windy or rainy day, the device removes pesticides. When the weather is good without spraying, this device will automatically compound and manufacture the fertilizer, greatly increase the proportional accuracy of compounding and manufacturing by the person, and also automatically after the compounding and manufacturing process.
