PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a disposable wearing article to which an absorber can be beautifully and surely attached.
SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a disposable wearing article comprises the step of forming an elastic laminate 2S for a back portion by intermittently arranging first elastic members 10 in an expansion state on a continuous web 2W for the back portion along a flowing direction L, the step of relaxing the extension of the elastic members 10 of the elastic laminate 2S for the back portion, the step of conveying a continuous web 3W for an abdominal portion parallel to the elastic laminate 2S for back portion, the step of arranging core portions 4 so as to straddle between nonelastic portions 2a where the first elastic members 10 of the elastic laminate 2S for the back portion are not present and the continuous web 3W for the abdominal portion, and the step of arranging elastic members 2b for a waist in at least the nonelastic portions 2a of the elastic laminate 2S for the back portion along the opening portion of the waist.
