PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure for a medical device, a female connector and a male connector, which are more convenient. A medical device connection structure (10) inserts a male connector (18) into a cavity (25) of a female connector (14) to form a connection state between the female connector (14) and the male connector (18). The inner peripheral surface forming the hollow portion 25 is formed as a tapered inner peripheral surface 28 whose diameter gradually decreases toward the inner side in the insertion direction of the male connector 18. The outer peripheral surface of the portion of the male connector 18 that is inserted into the hollow portion 25 is formed as a tapered outer peripheral surface 44 corresponding to the tapered inner peripheral surface 28. At least one of the tapered inner peripheral surface 28 and the tapered outer peripheral surface 44 has a coating layer 30 made of a viscoelastic polymer material.
