The invention relates to the MLSIT method (Medico Legal System IT), which can basically be described as a complex of procedures which, integrated together, create a novel concept with regard to the specific activity of forensic and criminological medicine and as it pertains to justice, specifically in relation to autopsy procedures. Large-scale implementation of the MLSIT system (Medico Legal System IT) is contrary to the requirements of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights, since said system creates the possibility of completely objective assessment, by allowing the entire activity to be examined by all the parties involved as well as possibly by other expert third parties. The implementation of the MLSIT system (Medico Legal System IT) provides additional evidence for implementing justice, since the system makes it possible, in addition to the above, to retroactively assess how legal procedures were respected. The MLSIT system (Medico Legal System IT) can therefore be considered a watchdog for implementing justice, and the use thereof ceases to be optional, becoming an obligation for correctly assessing each case in full compliance with human rights. The MLSIT system (Medico Legal System IT) can be used and installed everywhere that specific activities are performed, and the large-scale applicability can be compared with an industrial method, wherein that which remains of said activities are being practically eliminated (new expert assessment, exhumations, speculative or biased interpretations).Pour résumer, le procédé MLSIT (Medico Legal System IT) peut être décrit comme un complex de procédures, qui, intégrées toutes ensemble, créent un nouveau concept en ce qui regarde lactivité spécifique en médecine légale, criminalistique et justice, plus précisément s
