The present invention can reduce line effects in a missing wedge angle region by solving the degradation of quality after a 3D internal shape image restoration caused by a missing wedge in an oblique type CT apparatus in which radiation and an object to be inspected are arranged at a specific angle. The present invention relates to a method for reducing a missing wedge influence in the 3D image processing of the oblique type CT apparatus, which includes the steps of: obtaining projection data for each rotation angle； restoring a 3D CT image； acquiring Fourier image data by performing Fourier transform； and minimizing total variation with regard to the Fourier image data, wherein the steps are repeatedly performed until a preset condition is satisfied.본 발명은, 특히 방사선과 피검사체가 특정한 각도를 이루며 배치되는 오블리크타입의 CT장치를 대상으로 하여, 미싱웨지로부터 기인하는 3차원내부형상이미지복원 후의 품질저하 문제를 해결하여 미싱웨지 각도영역에서 라인효과를 개선할 수 있는 것으로, 회전각도별 투영데이터를 획득하는 단계, 3차원단층영상을 복원하는 단계, 푸리에변환을 수행하여 푸리에영상데이터를 획득하는 단계, 푸리에영상데이터에 대한 전체분산(total variation)을 최소화하는 단계를 포함하고, 소정의 조건을 만족할 때까지 반복수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오블리크타입 CT장치의 3차원영상처리 중의 미싱웨지(missing wedge)영향 저감방법에 관한 것이다.
